How to find products (search methods)
Category Search
Please select your desired category from the category banner at the top of the page. Products corresponding to the category will be listed.
Free Word Search
Enter a keyword in the "Product Search" field at the top of the page and press the search button. A list of products matching the keyword (partial match) will be displayed from the "Product Name" and "Product Description" of the registered products.
If you do not find a product in the search results, please try shortening the keyword and try searching again.

Change or Cancellation of Orders

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been shipped for any reason (wrong order, not to your liking, etc.).
In addition, items have an expiration date for storage by the shipping company. If the customer cancels the order or fails to receive the merchandise by the storage deadline after the merchandise has been shipped, the merchandise will be returned to the Company. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise if you have any questions regarding the merchandise after it arrives.

Payment and Receipt
Payment can be made by credit card. Please select this option when placing your order. Credit card payment is outsourced to Shopify Payment (Shopify Japan K.K.), a payment processing company, to ensure the security of your card number and other important customer information.
Products will be shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed.

wagashikigata-wa-gachi will provide a receipt issuing service.
In case of credit card payment...Please fill in "order number", "name of the person who placed the order", and "receipt requested" from the inquiry form, and also include the "name of the recipient", "但書", and "name and address of the recipient and name of the recipient of the receipt".
We will write "credit card use" on the receipt. No stamps will be affixed.
(Since there is no receipt of money or securities, this does not fall under the category of a document under Item 17-1 of the Tax Law, and no stamps will be affixed.)
