Refund policy

Customers residing in the EU, EEA and UK are subject to a 30-day return policy. This means that if a product purchased on the WA-GACHI Site is eligible for return: 30 days after delivery if the return period begins on the date of delivery, this is referred to as the "30-day return period". You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
This does not apply to products purchased outside of this site.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase and enclosed warranty card and QR code attached to the product are also required.

If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how to print the return shipping label and the procedures for packaging and shipping the item. We cannot accept any items returned before requesting a return.

Damage and problems

Please check the merchandise upon receipt of your order and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the problem and take appropriate action.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, including perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants), customized items (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and hygiene products (e.g., beauty supplies). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted for return. If you have any questions about a particular item, please contact us.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, IF MERCHANDISE IS BEING SHIPPED TO THE EU, EEA OR UK, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR ANY REASON AND WITHOUT SHOWING GOOD CAUSE. AS ABOVE, BUT THE GOODS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN RECEIVED, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH THE WARRANTY CARD AND QR CODE ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS ALSO REQUIRED.

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
